There are 884 million people in the world without access to safe water. That’s 1 in 8 of the world’s population. Yet there are also 2.6 billion people without access to adequate sanitation. WATER WORLD

The Salvation Army International Development (UK) have invested more than £400,000 in water projects in 11 countries over the past 6 years. WHAT WE’VE DONE

Villagers only had muddy water for drinking, bathing and washing clothes. The Salvation Army helped install a gravity water scheme to provide them with clean water. This water is improving their health, their crops and their lives INDIA

The country is very susceptible to water shortages. The Salvation Army has been working in 14 communities to help provide 50,000 people with cleaner water. KENYA
