10 ATHLETIC FIELD IMPROVEMENTS $6.4M  Play court upgrades at Finger Lake, Snowshoe, Larson, Glacier View and Houston High completed in 2014  All summer 2015 work completed with the exception of the Iditarod softball/baseball turf in-fields which are on weather hold until spring 2016

11 ADDITIONAL PROJECTS  Back-Up Generators, District Wide $2.6M - Design: AMC Engineering, 1oo% design - Project bidding closed Jan 2016, with Wolverine Supply the low bidder - Sufficient funds to award base bid; Wasilla MS, Wasilla HS, Palmer HS -- Sufficient funds to award alternates; Big Lake ES, Butte ES, Snowshoe ES, Willow ES and the Operations & Maintenance Building - Contract award is on the March 1 agenda for assembly approval  Big Lake ES Renovation Ph II $800K, and ADA Parking Upgrades $200K - Flooring, washroom partitions, and parking lot are complete - Corridor contract approved by the assembly Jan 12 with work to start spring/summer 2016  District Wide HVAC Upgrades $7.1M - Design: PDC Engineers, Contractor: Wirtanen Construction - Scope includes upgrading building controls from pneumatic to direct digital controls and is approximately 60% complete - Work will continue into the 2017 school year

12 ADDITIONAL PROJECTS cont.  District Wide Energy Upgrades $3.1M (Gym Lighting and Windows) - New LED Gym lighting: Wasilla HS, Burchell, Houston MS, Cottonwood Creek, Pioneer Peak, Larsen, Shaw, Snowshoe, Big Lake, Willow, Swanson, Sherrod, Goose Bay, and Palmer JMS are complete - Partial window replacements at 18 schools will be advertised Feb/Mar for summer 2016 construction  Flooring Replacements $200K (funded by flooring bond balance) - Scope includes new poured rubber gym flooring at three schools - Sherrod and Swanson were installed over Christmas break - Pioneer Peak Elementary will be installed over spring break  Roof Bond Balance $800K - Sutton ES reroof and Tanaina ES roof modifications closed Jan 2016 -- EP Roofing was low bid and are on the Feb 16 assembly agenda
