The Project minimizes wetlands impacts to the fullest extent practicable, and provides on-site and off-site mitigation for unavoidable impacts. Cultural Resources Impacts to the Native American Village Site of Ystagua are unavoidable. Undertaken an extensive cultural research investigation to document the extent of the resource and develop a treatment plan to fully address impacts to this important Native American Site. Worked very closely with Native American representatives at every step of this investigation to ensure that resources affected by this project are addressed respectfully and in a timely manner.
