How to order: Order is entered like a regular sales order: just choose “Sales Order – Eval Pool” for the Custom Form SKU’s must be entered with an “EV” prefix Sales Order will be identified as SOEVXXXXX Cost to customer: $0 to evaluate the item Credit limit will be set very high so the customer will not need to go through a credit process Limited to 4 total feet without Rob’s approval Customer pays for return shipping If the items are shipped to an RSM, a return label will be provided

CONFIDENTIAL | © 2015 ECOSENSE Eval Pool – Overview Trial Period: 15 Days NS auto emails the customer at 15, 30, and 45 days Each email contains return instructions as well as the terms & conditions At 45 days, the email informs the customer that we will be invoicing them for the non-return Limited to 4 total feet without Rob’s approval RSM is completely responsible for retrieval Extensions – customer can make the request through their RSM Penalties (after 45 days): Non-return: DN1 pricing Damaged units: DN1 pricing Who pays to stock Eval Items? Comes out of Sales’ budget

4. CONFIDENTIAL | © 2015 ECOSENSE Eval Pool – Tracking/Reporting RSM is responsible for keeping track of outstanding Eval Pool items. It is critical that customers return units promptly so that they are available for other customers. If additional Eval pool units are required, they come out of Sales’ budget. A report will be provided to sales to track the borrowed Eval units every week. Includes: Name of the customer RSM Inside Sales Contact Item # Serial # Quantities Date Shipped Aging Rob will review all outstanding Evals each quarter. The Global Live Inventory report will show available quantities – just switch subsidiary to Eval Pool at the bottom of the report.
