Comfort zone You should consistently push yourself out of your comfort zone. This means wanting to try new activities. Draw a circle on one page in your book. Write all the things you normally do inside the circle. Write the things you are uncomfortable doing outside the circle. Comfort zone

The more you push yourself out of your comfort zone, the stronger and braver you will become!

Phobias A phobia is an irrational fear of something. Acrophobia (fear of heights) Claustrophobia (fear of small, closed spaces) Arachnophobia (fear of spiders)
