Class 2—An XP and FD Dream for the Church Campus Senior leaders in churches have a vision for the direction of their church—the same is true of the church campus. What does an XP envision for facilities? What is the interplay in this process between SP and XP, and how does that relate to the Facilities Director? This class will examine one XP-FD team to walk through the process of a dream-into-campus reality. We will examine what they wanted but might not have gotten in their campus expansion. We will want to hear what surprise the architect or builder might have been able to add to the campus vision. What are the best practices for sharing space with multiple ministries and a school?
