August – December 2005 1. Diagnosis of the target group: psychological and vocational (SP SP ZOZ Suwałki Psychiatric Hospital ) 2. Analysis of the labour market (The Poviat Labour Centre Suwałki) 3. Beneficiaries’ assistants: a group of „angels”

Module: Development of the system supporting the beneficiaries and their families From January 2006: 6 months of intensive and then supportive works 1.Training course: Overcoming psychological and personality- related deficits: supporting the beneficiaries (SP SP ZOZ Psychiatric Hospital ) 2. Support in the local community, counteracting invalidation process ( Local Mutual Aid Centre in Augustów) 3. Sub-project: Social skills training course for beneficiaries ( Local Mutual Aid Centre in Augustów) 4. Beneficiaries’ support in the local community ( Local Mutual Aid Centre in Olecko) 5. Family support in the local community ( Local Mutual Aid Centre in Olecko) 6. Beneficiaries’ club: individual consultations and family support ( Association Nadzieja)

Social activation, entering into interpersonal relations by the beneficiaries, counteracting invalidation, (Support Centre Lipniak) 9. Support system 2 groups x 10-12 beneficiaries (the town of Suwałki) 10. Therapeutical activities to include the beneficiaries into the community life (Sejny Poviat)

Motivational sessions for employers ( Suwałki Labour Centre ) 5. Meetings with students from junior high schools (SP SP ZOZ – Psychiatric Hospital)

Preparing employers from the tourism industry for offering jobs to persons recovering after mental illness - participation of employers in training courses (SIRT) 5. Local collaboration with employers – informing how to approach the beneficiaries (Local Mutual Aid Centre in Olecko) 6. Local cooperation with employers – informing them about the methods of approaching the beneficiaries - (Local Mutual Aid Centre in Augustów) 7.
