Post and lintel structure and Column and tie beam structure. Columns, beams, rafters, bracket sets, tenon joints, crescent beams. Examples are palaces, temples, gardens, residential houses, and assembly halls. Some have curved roof ends, pillars, and can be pagodas.

Architectures I like I like Pavilions (Ting 亭) because of how poised and elegant they look. They have the curved ends of the roofs and pillars. They normally reside in areas with a lot of nature. They are very decorated, and the pillars are normally red.

Architectures I like I also like the Storeyed Pavilion (Ge 閣) because of how magnificent and beautiful they are. They tower over other buildings, and normally sit on a platform with stairs one must climb. They have upturned, curved roof ends, and are multiple stories high.
