4. Conflict: 1)Laurie tells them about Charles, who is always acting up in class. 2) Laurie’s parents worry that Charles is being a bad influence of Laurie.

5. Event 1 Laurie comes home at lunchtime after his first day of Kindergarten. Event 2 Charles hit the teacher so he was spanked. Event 3 Charles hit a girl in the head with a see-saw and had to stay after school.

6. Event 4 Charles was so loud that a first grader had to come in and tell him to be quiet. Event 5 Charles had to stay after so all the kids stayed after with him. Event 6 Charles won’t do the exercises and kicks the teacher’s friend.
