Observations 8/17/05 Invivo MRI display: no histogram equalization,3x3 gaussian filtering, slight brightness adjusment with saturation limiting. Not all in-vivo MR contrasts were really useful. The selected three (TOF,T1,PD) (of the six) were the ones that Ron used. Not surprisingly, they had the best overall appearance. Next step is to inclde the ex-vivo and CT in this slide deck. After that, we can start labeling. We have a ‘running start’ with Ron’s comments on this slide. We will want to perform a more comprehensive labeling, preferably down to the pixel level.
