Kozůbek [CZ UoD]; Way of work: o common understanding of assignments, o first stage elaboration within two independently working sections, o second stage elaboration – calibrating finding within the entire syndicate – common conclusions. Conclusion Every opinion, every voice having considered, having the same weight; Open discussion held within sections/Syndicate; Differences in individual prospective [views of different institutions] existing but respected; Majority point of view accepted as the “Syndicate conclusion”; It has been fun [at least for the chairman].
