Steps to proper dishwashing Step 1- Place dirty dishes near the sink when you are finished with them Step 2- Rinse all garbage off the dishes Step 3- Fill the sink one-half full of hot water Step 4- Add enough soap so the suds will last

Dishwashing cont. Step 5- Wash glasses, silverware, dishes, bowls in that order Step 6- Rinse suds off with hot water and place on drying rack Step 7- Use a clean dry towel to dry dishes Step 8- Place dishes and equiptment back in the proper drawer or cupboard

Question 3 What are two pieces of equipment that should NOT be soaked in water? Wooden rolling pin, cutting board or spoons
