2016 GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: Goal #1: Parents are supportive and provide structure and guidance for their children. Objective: Implement the Family Preservation as a behavioral health program. Objective: Continue to offer parenting classes and training, provide culturally appropriate activities/Tribal best practices and other supports.

Goal #2: Our people are valued, bonded to the community and have job advancement opportunities. Objective: Create training positions in each department for Tribal Member job advancement. Objective: Continue to support and fund Native Aspirations-Soaring for the Future youth and college student employment program.

Goal #3: Community members returning from treatment are supported with transitional services. Objective: Develop a plan for outpatient treatment and transitional support. Objective: Assess feasibility of a halfway house.

Goal #4: Families utilize resources for maximum benefit to youth and children. Objective: Assess feasibility of building a new Community Center. Objective: Support the Tribal Youth Center and wrap- around services.

Goal #5: Increase access to all health related programs to optimize the physical, cultural, mental, and spiritual health of our community members. Objective: Implement a Tribal Physical Therapy program. Objective: Implement a comprehensive Diabetes awareness, prevention and treatment program for Tribal Youth. Objective: Continue to support the Native Aspiration Coalition who provides all year round prevention family activities for the community.
