3. Step 1: Click on the start menu, highlight connect to and click on show all connections.

6. Step 2 Once there right click on your Local Area Connection and then click disable.

7. Step 3: Right click on the LAN connection and then click on enable. Give the system a minute to process and complete its tasks and try your connection again. On the left hand side there scroll down to where it says details. If you are not on a router then the IP address should be 63.something.something.something. If you have a routere it will probably be a 128... number. You may need to repeat the procedure 2 or 3 times to get the connection working.
