Book Check Out You will visit the media center every other week to check out books. You may check out 1-2 books. If you have an overdue book,you will not be able to check out until it is returned. Use a shelf marker when choosing a book. 3/4/2016copyright www.brainybetty.com 2006 All Rights Reserved 17

Check Out Procedure 1.Enter the library quietly and take a seat at the tables. 2.When your teacher hands you a shelf marker, you may get up and choose a book. 3.When you have chosen your book, give the shelf marker back to your teacher. 4.Line up on the footprints along the wall. 5.When Mrs. G calls you, walk to the check out desk. 6.After you have checked out, return to your seat and read your book. 3/4/2016copyright www.brainybetty.com 2006 All Rights Reserved 18
