Lord, as I think about what it means to have a relationship with You, remind me of the childlike characteristics You want to see in me. Help me put aside my traditions and religious prejudices so that I will be completely willing to receive both Your message and the way You want to give it to me. Then help me to respond to You like a child – obediently, spontaneously and wholeheartedly.
