8 Workout Brainstorm –Anything goes, we’re generating ideas, enthusiasm and momentum Create Solutions –Obstacles are irrelevant, if the goal is compelling we can solve for the problems Maintain Focus –Present your ideas as they relate to our Vision, Mission, Values & Methods. Link to Function –Attempt to identify which key area would potentially be responsible for managing your idea to completion

What ideas will form the springboard for planning our activities? What will the MBA Society look like in 1,3,5 years?

10 Prioritization Urgency What objectives must be accomplished in order to move forward? Value What objectives, when achieved, create the greatest value? Growth What objectives will serve to drive future growth and success? “The epitome of good design is not when nothing else can be added, but rather, when nothing else can be taken away.”
