6. Offered Services Midwifery Gina Shure will hold consults, woman’s health workshops, and other trainings as well as acting as an on-call midwife to our patients. Yoga Taught by Diane Anderson and Megan Lindsey this yoga practice is a way to unwind from the work of the week while centering the chakras and detoxing the body. Art Therapy Art is a way to express built up emotions and ideas that cannot be explained with words. In this practice patients will be asked to design an artistic work with a specific purpose related to what is going on in their lives. They will then explain the work to their therapist or the group.
