6 Early Implementation Site in Victoria Victoria participated in an early implementation project for My Aged Care in the Kingston, Bayside and Dandenong regions The project tested and implemented My Aged Care systems and processes ahead of 1 July 2015 Outcomes from the project informed adjustments to My Aged Care ahead of the national roll-out 5

7 My Aged Care – Operations Between 1 July 2015 and 13 September 2015: Approximately 15,000 calls per week Over 36,700 clients have been registered Over 31,000 referrals for home support assessment Over 8,100 referrals for comprehensive assessment 6
