4 How to …  Write an e-mail to whistleblowing@nolato.com  Describe who and what the notification relates to  Enter your name and workplace  You will receive a confirmation that it will be investigated

5 You are protected  Only the recipient of your notification knows who you are  The recipient is not employed by Nolato and thereby not dependent on your managers  None of your managers or co- workers will get to know who blew the whistle

6 False?  False allegations will be followed up as a disciplinary offence, but if you blew the whistle in good faith, you are protected against negative actions
