What we do at EN-EL-CO…  Maintain, extend and improve the Electrical Network Supervision system (ENS).  Installation of all PLC based systems.  Provide and maintain software for power and energy consumption tracking.  Provide support for electrical networks fault analysis.  Standby service 24/7 - 365 days/year for supervision system. 7

Training Value and Future Perspectives…  Training Value  Deep understanding of CERN electrical networks, from 400kV to 48VDC.  Good experience in SCADA system configuration and databases, system specifications and user needs.  Future Perspectives  Keep broadening my understanding of onsite installations and field related activities, equipment and communication protocols, maintenance, testing, commissioning, etc…  Upcoming projects for restructuring the ENS infrastructure at field level, i.e. DAU and RTU replacement. 23
