RFCR Tool: General Info In case of Physical change UTRAN engineer is replaced by relative responsible which is a member of the Integration Team and which is finally responsible for implementing physical changes. In case the field is left empty the requests go automatically to ELS support team who is then responsible for forwarding the change request to the Integration team.

13. RFCR Tool: Actions When a new CR is submitted or changed then a list of users, depending upon the type of request, will receive email from the tool with a link to the CR. User can either click on the link to reach the CR or can go to the search page and search for the CR. Users can take actions on the CR. Whenever an action is taken on the CR users are informed about the change by email. If a CR is rejected, it’s compulsory to give a reason for rejection. Only Submitter should Reopen or Close a CR. When the CR is added in the UTRAN CR tool then, UTRAN engineer should change the status of the CR to “CCB Request Sent” or “Implemented” depending upon the type of parameter (Local or National) When the CR is completed then UTRAN engineer should change the status of the CR to “Completed”, If it was a Parameter or Neighbor type CR otherwise (Physical change) RF engineer should do the same Once the CR is In “Completed” state the Submitter should close the CR

RFCR Tool: Responsabilities RF Engineer Identifies the Parameter change needed Fills in the Request Form in the RFCR tool If the request is rejected then takes appropriate action (reopen, close) Close the CR when done. UTRAN/ELS Engineer When receives the request checks the request and accepts or rejects it Create a CR in the UTRAN CR tool and report it in the RFCR tool When CR is done change the status of the CR to “Completed” in RFCR tool ELS should forward physical change requests to the Integration Team

15. RFCR Tool: Distribution List Two distribution lists are defined (and coded by means of setting file) in the RFCR tool. The lists are the followings: National Distribution List: which include members of RF National Team TCM National Team ELS National Team UTRAN National Team Market Distribution List: which includes RF market lead UTRAN market lead ELS market lead ONLY Parameter Change requests at National Level (i.e. for which Parameter Type = National) use the National distribution list. All other change requests use the Market specific distribution list.
