Our favourite Catalan dish is... SNAILS IN THE PAN We like snails because are typical in our region. Normally we eat them with different sauces: “vinagreta”: made of vinaguer, oil, salt, red pepper and (tomato). “allioli”: garlic, oil, eggs ...

INGREDIENTS Snails for 4 people: 1200gr of snails Oil Salt Pepper

COOKING EQUIPMENT Pan Spatula Spoon

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RECIPE: 1. Wash the snails and choose the best ones. 2. Put the oil in the pan. 3. When the oil is quite hot, put the snails. 4. Pour the salt and the pepper on them and mix. 5. Go on mixing the snails until they are well fried. 6. Serve them with different sauces.
