Benefits Would help individual track steps, calories, etc. Less of a chance you forget to wear them as opposed to technology worn on one’s wrist.

Simple’cise Would introduce individual to exercises one could do at home/ in free time. Teach the basics of nutrition, when to eat and what to eat. Easy exercises would encourage individuals to work out and not scare them from exercise.
