We will be providing a report to allow you to monitor this for revalidation.

Filtering the Timeline Filter between any two dates. Filter only a specific type of event or filter a menu item by clicking blueprints. E.g. to see only WPBAs click select under blueprints and then choose menu - assessments Filter at any time by clicking the magnifying glass

Filling in on same device If trainee and assessor are documenting an assessment together, once you have added the event, the supervisor can complete their section at the same time. To do this, click ‘Fill in on same device’. Once the assessor has filled in their section and clicked PUBLISH, the assessor must then sign off/verify the event from their own account. The assessment will not be published to the trainees Timeline until this has been done. Please note that if an assessor has been specified as the next responsible person, they will need to login into their account and locate the assessment for completion in their To- do section If the assessor has been invited by email, they will receive an email inviting them to register (or login if they already have an account), they will then need to login and locate the assessment for sign off within their To-do section
