Topic #4: Interoperability Challenges Difficult to solve all of the interoperability issues in specific terms, though the magnitude can be reduced. The primary focus should be on human dimension, with a view to creating adaptive leaders. Basic building block for unit operations should be the battalion Consider the creation of an International Security Training Centre Production of coalition operation handbook.
