6
Web-based Browser Application
Merchants simply collect orders off their website or accept telephone or mail orders. Log in to the secure Orbital Virtual Terminal site to initiate authorizations, settlements, refunds, voids, etc. Transactions processed directly from the merchant to Paymentech providing a single point of reconciliation No added vendor relationships, technical interface or support required. Truly a “one-stop” payment solution

Wide Range of Payment Methods
The Orbital Virtual Terminal supports most payment methods offered by Paymentech. They include: American Express Discover MasterCard JCB Visa Purchasing Cards – Level II (Customer Code, Tax Amount) & Level III (Full invoice detail) Stored Value/FlexCache Fully enabled to allow merchants to manage split shipments, back orders, and reversals
10
Easy Batch Review Merchant can view open and closed batch transaction data Open Batch – Can view current month and transactions that have not been settled for up to four months Closed Batch – Can view current month and transactions for prior 6 months Merchant can search for transactions by card number, order number or date which can prove invaluable in resolving customer inquires and monitoring activity. Transaction data is available on screen, in report (PDF format) and exportable file (CSV Format)
12
Easy End-of-Day Closing
Merchant has control over end-of-day processing: Merchant can specify a time of day (within their local time zone) to have transactions “auto settled” which helps the merchant reconcile payments processed Merchant can securely log on and initiate the batch settlement process at any time
13
Secure, Flexible Access
Logons can have restricted access rights to provide greater risk management and audit control at the point-of-sale Merchants can: Restrict users from performing Credits, Voids, or Settlements Restrict users to only see a truncated view of the account number where only the last four digits display "Multi-MID" logon may also be created so that merchants with multiple locations only need to keep track of one logon Provides two-level user security access (User ID, Password) Data transmission is protected with 128-bit encryption using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, the recognized industry standard
14
Key-entered and Card Absent Transaction Tool
Supports the full range of needs: Authorization Only, Authorization and Capture, Refunds and Voids Merchants can also enter extended order data as needed for tracking and reconciliation Merchants who require a similar product - with the added ability to physically swipe cards - are ideal candidates for Paymentech's iTerminal
15
Built-in Fraud Tools Orbital Virtual Terminal supports:
AVS (Address Verification Service) – Attempt to verify customer address CVD (Card Validation Data) CVV2 (Card Validation Value 2) – 3-digit number located after the account number on the signature panel of all Visa cards and encoded in the magnetic stripe CVC2 (Card Validation Code 2) - 3-digit number located after the account number on the signature panel of all MasterCard cards and encoded in the magnetic stripe AMEX CID (Amex Card Identification Data) - 4-digit number printed, not embossed, on the surface of each American Express card DISC CID (Discover Card Identification Data) - 3-digit number located after the account number on the signature panel of all Discover cards and encoded in the magnetic stripe
16
Built-in Transaction Management Tools
Merchant Selectable Response or MSR allows merchants to select certain response codes that they want to auto-decline. Example: A merchant processes a transaction and receives an AVS response Code G. A Code G is a non-matching (or bad) AVS Response thus the Orbital system can automatically decline this transaction if the merchant chooses to use MSR.
18
Profile Management Allows merchants to store their customer information (Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, AVS, etc) in Orbital's databases for future transaction processing. Process subsequent transactions by that customer by Profile ID Profile ID can be created by the merchant or assigned by Orbital Alleviates the need for merchants to store sensitive credit card data on their servers. Note: Profile Management is not to be confused with a recurring program, the merchant will still need to initiate the transactions using the Profile ID.

Orbital Payment Gateway
Allows merchants to establish automated secure online transaction processing in a true one-stop-shop environment Merchants can use this solution for any Card-Not-Present processing - meaning Internet, MOTO or Recurring
23
Broad Range of Interfaces
Orbital Gateway has been designed to enable payment processing for the most basic storefronts right up to a highly integrated e-commerce system. Our integration options include: XML Interface - Can be supported by virtually any commerce server SDKs (Software Development Kits) - Available to assist merchants in programming in various languages. Production versions now available: Java, Perl, C++, COM, .Net Payment Modules –Paymentech is working to integrate the Gateway into industry leading commerce solutions like Kurant StoreSense Shopping Cart
24
Broad Range of Interfaces
Integration Options continued: VAR Software - Many software companies have coded to the Paymentech Gateway to allow merchants a completely integrated solution. Contact the True Data for Orbital certified VAR information Virtual Terminal – Small merchants can harvest orders off their web site and log on to our Virtual Terminal to initiate card authorizations, settlements, refunds, etc. No technical integration is required. Web Services Interface – A new way of Interfacing over the Internet that offers the coding simplicity of providing software without actually having to code. Web Services is independent of Operating System or Programming language Batch Processing - Requires the merchant to develop code that generates XML formatted flat files with message requests. These files can be sent via S-FTP (File Transfer Protocol for Windows) over the Internet, or FTP (File Transfer Protocol) via Frame or Dial PPP (Point to Point Protocol). It allows for Multi-Merchant batch processing of up to 999,999 transactions per file. Due to association rules, CVV2, CVC and CID are not supported with the Orbital Batch.
25
High Scalability and Throughput
Already known for our high capacity and up-time payment processing, the Paymentech Gateway offers high levels of throughput, response time, and 24 x 7 availability As a combined gateway and merchant processing service, merchants are not exposed to the risks of additional “transaction hops” inherent in the use of third party gateways (such as Authorize.net, CyberSource, Verisign Payment Services)
26
High Service Availability
Redundant servers eliminate single points of failure at the hardware, network and application levels The result: high service availability that automatically recovers -- all without interruption of service delivery
27
