All of us have experience with cross-border mapping / strength-analysis Common fine-tuning of terminology Kill (some) of your darlings Common strategies Do not implement them by cross-border development agencies Animate central stakeholders to implement them Build a brand and tell your stories Don’t talk about the problems – you can’t remove all cross-border barriers. But you can handle them one by one. Some lessons learned
