LITTLE EATON FOOTBALL CLUB 2014 GENERAL POLICY October 2013 The club has ‘3’ teams – First Team, Reserves and U18’s This years addition of an U18 squad is to capture players who are capable of progression. Players in all ‘3’ teams will train together on a weekly basis. Players will be available to play, as selected by the management,in any of the three teams. The Head of Football will appoint the football management team. The management team will actively promote U18 players into the First and Reserve sides. The management team will work closely with the U16 team coaches to encourage progression into the U18 squad. Players can discuss their individual progression with the management team in confidence.
