1 Grizzly Bear Niche BY; JUAN MARTIN JIMÉNEZ

2 Feeding component (the feeding ‘programme’)  Grizzly bears are ominovores, they can eat sedes, berries, roots, grasses, fungi, deer, elk, fish, dead animals and insect.

3 Spatial component (where the organisms are in space)  The Grizzly bear lives on the the forest, they usally live on the inner parts of the forest where theres food and a river. They tend to live on the ground

4 Behavioural component (what sort of behaviour the organisms adopt)  They are usally not very territorial and they could be seen feeding togethere were there is abudance of food. They will rear their cubs until they are 2-3 years. The female cubs when they grow up they usally live closer to there mothers, the male bear live further away from their mothers but still close.

5 Reproductive component (reproductive strategy)  Grizzly bears are one of the slowest reproducing land mammals. They mate between May and july. Female delay their eggs in the uterus until October or November. Normally they will not reproduce until they are 4 -5 years old.

6 Structural component (where the organisms are in place)  They could be found on from Alaska to mexico and from Califonia to Ohio. They live on the dense forest, subalpine meadows, open plains artic tundra.
