Secondly it is a documentation and drawing Map
Thirdly, it is a configuration instruction
Finally, it provides the calibration instructions
It may also provide process information
The Index should be developed in a proper relational database such as MS Sql, Dbase, or Alpha4 (NOT a spreadsheet) except for this lab.

Although I just stated that the instrument Index should be done in a relational database I don’t have time to teach you how to use one…. So you are to develop one in a spreadsheet as your lab for this week using the above for the column names and finding the information from the flow lab.

TAG-SERVICE –TYPE – RANGE - P&ID# - MFR - MDL #
You must use the P&ID number & Tags from the one you did, but you must find the Mfr Name and model numbers and Ranges from the actual instruments on the Flow Lab. The above gives you a start
