4  Coating with a solvent based acrylic is the same cost as coating with UV40.  Coating with polyurethane is the lowest cost.  Coating with silicone is expensive !

6 Solvent based coating with a robot at 65cps.  Silicone and UV40 remain unchanged  Acrylic becomes more expensive than polyurethane.  Polyurethane is the same price per board as UV40.  In reality 1B73, 1A33 and UV40 are the same price per board when coated with a robot system.
