Initial arguments: Silicones are expensive due material cost and thickness required. Polyurethanes vary in quality, PU Vs Alkyd technology. Acrylics vary in resin MVP performance. Thinner speed of evaporation varies.

Coating with a solvent based acrylic is the same cost as coating with UV40. Coating with polyurethane is the lowest cost. Coating with silicone is expensive !

Solvent based coating with a robot at 65cps. Silicone and UV40 remain unchanged Acrylic becomes more expensive than polyurethane. Polyurethane is the same price per board as UV40. In reality 1B73, 1A33 and UV40 are the same price per board when coated with a robot system.
