3 Does the solvent or the solution contain more water? = water = salt

4 Hypotonic When the concentration of solute molecules outside the cell is lower than the concentration inside the cell cytosol, it is called Hypotonic.

5 Isotonic When the concentration of the solute are equal inside and outside the cell they are isotonic. (Equilibrium/Homeostasis)

6 Hypertonic When the concentration of solute molecules outside the cell is higher than the concentration in the cytoplasm, is a hypertonic solution.
