5. ECO² HISTORY Original Group appointed in 2000 by Chamber of Commerce ECO² Committee appointed in 2003 by Douglas County Commission ECO² Commission formed by joint resolution adopted in spring of 2004 by City of Lawrence and Douglas County Commissions
