About CSIT++ New cohort based program: CSIT++ – Predefined pathway – Maintain 2.5 GPA are about to remain in the program More than 3.0 GPA is required for consideration in internship experiences – Required cohort enrichment activities Weekly study hours Friday and Saturday cohort enrichment activities

Enroll at CSUMB/Sign-up for CSIT++ By May 12, 2014 1.Confirm enrollment, pay the $100 confirmation fee, and complete any other required steps for admission to the university 2.Complete the CSIT++ registration form Seats in fall classes are being held for registered CSIT++ students until May 15. Unclaimed seats will be released after that date.

Google Field Trip Opportunity Field trip on May 23, 2014 Prior to: 1.Complete the sign-up form 2.Complete the liability release form Due to space restrictions, sign-ups will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until full.

Khan Academy Math and CS Preparation Start at end of May, continues through December At the end of May, you will get an email from the program with: Instructions for registering for the CSIT Khan Academy Math and CS preparation courses A recommended schedule for meeting progress milestones in both courses 1.Sign up with Khan Academy 2.Meet the progress milestones throughout the semester

Register for Fall Classes At the end of May You will get an email from the program with specific instructions for enrolling in the designated Fall 2014 courses: FYS 156: Technology & Society CST 286: Physics of Computing MATH 130: Precalculus CST 211: Technical Communications

During Fall Semester Friday Cohort Enrichment (FCE) Every Friday starting August 29 Saturday Monthly Cohort Enrichment (SMCE) One Saturday each month starting August 30 Daily Group Study Time Two hours of scheduled study/tutoring/group meeting Mon-Fri
