Identify the problem: How do you get in shape? Consider your values: You value being physically fit. List the options: Ride a stationary bike or jog.

Weigh the consequences: If the weather is bad, you won’t be able to run. The bike is indoors. Decide, and act: You decide to ride the bike. Evaluate your choice: You ride for an hour every day. You are getting in shape! You reached your goal.

SUCCESS--- achievement of your goals PERSISTENCE--- commitment to work toward your goals.

Define success?--- When you reach your goal. What is persistence?--- Is the commitment to keep working towards your goal. What is the relationship between goals and success?-- Goals are what you set success is what you reach when you achieve your goals. How can a mistake be a valuable learning tool?--- You can learn for your mistakes and you know what to do differently.

Work hard to achieve success. Set goals so you work hard enough to get them. Have persistence so you are committed to your goals.
