Supreme court Needed to decide disputes between state governments and between citizens of 2 or more states. Also needed for disputes between the national government and a state or citizen Appointed by the President to serve for life or until they retire. 2 types of jurisdiction: original jurisdiction and appellate jurisdiction.

Congress will make no law against religion speech or press.

Every body has the right to a grand jury and prohibited to double jeopardy and self incrimination.
