Fruit and vegetables help us to be healthy and strong

Cereals, pulses, olive oil and butter give us energy

We need to eat all of them to have a well balanced and healthy diet

Healthy eating habits. Eating fruit and vegetables everyday Eating vitamins and proteins

Washing fruit and vegetables before eating them. Washing our hands before meals

Avoiding fast food and sweets Brushing your teeth after meals
