DICOM headers for animal model in-vivo images DONE for the images that were send to WashU MICCAI challenges – Ongoing, no immediate need for action –Infrastructure questions need to be answered –Call with MICCAI coordination group –Initiate discussion during status calls DICOM WG-30 test images should go into TCIA – need to get in touch with John and Justin, need to wait for supplement to be finalized Call about tool to create DICOM header DONE DICOM WSI – is there a way to get them / connect them to TCIA, Could I get the corresponding image for TCIA 3 Coordination points that needed follow up

4. Experiment: how would NBIA/TCIA handle DICOM WSI –Submission –Download Aperio has DICOM header that has not been made public Hamamatsu slides available on NEMA website 4

5. Tasks – Integrative Query & Co-clinical / animal Review of data sets Markup and annotation of WSI –Availability of tools (Manual markup? Use of algorithms?) Markup and annotation of radiology images –UC Davis team needs to start working with AIM tools (use ePad instead of ClearCanvas) –Create shared list in TCIA and pull images into ePAD –Conversation with Daniel –Coordination needed for submitting AIM objects to AIM data service 5
