© The Association of Independent Schools of NSW Process Agreements Executed by school authority Review the Checklist View of Dept/s of Education Entire project considered a recipient of the grant (not just the grant funded portion) No Director or anyone associated with the school or it’s governing body can receive payment for work on this project, either directly or through a shelf company Section 83c Disclosure of any Conflict of Interest / Related Party Transactions Recognition Requirements
