Satisfaction with AWWA is based more on the AWWA experience. Their satisfaction level is lowest among all utility members. Small utility members are more likely to believe the value of AWWA is equally based on AWWA and the Section (41%). About 6 in 10 small utility members (61%) believe that AWWA is an indispensable part of their career. This is the lowest percentage compared to medium or large utility members.
