9. Physical Activity O Many of you already know the benefit of physical activity and the importance of incorporating it into you daily routines. O Our PTO has provided a recording sheet to document our minutes each day spent doing physical exercise or “brain breaks”. O Each teacher keeps monthly calendars we turn in to the PTO for documentation and recognition.
