C OLLEGE ! You should apply to about 6 colleges There are 3 parts to the application process 1. The Application Common Application College Application 2. The transcript, recommendations, any other school forms completed through Naviance 3.SAT/ACT scores sent from Collegeboard

Types of Admissions: Early Decision : This is a binding agreement. You must attend that University and withdraw your applications to other schools. Early Action : Allows you to apply early, but it is not binding. You can then compare the colleges that accept you and their financial aid offers. Rolling Admissions: Admission is granted on a first come first serve basis; though there may not be a deadline once the “seats” are filled, these schools will not accept more students. So get your application in as soon as possible. Deadline: This is a specific date on these applications. You are responsible for knowing when your applications are due.

Financial Aid/ Scholarships Financial aid- Seniors you will complete the FAFSA form in January. Complete on-line. In the Fall, Financial Aid presentation. Community Scholarships- are listed as they come in on Naviance, under “college tab”, under scholarships
