7 th grade immunizations l Tetanus Diphtheria and Pertussis booster (TDAP this is only one injection) l Meningococcal vaccination l 2 nd Chicken Pox vaccination l Don’t wait ! Records must be on file with school nurse. Providing proof of immunizations prior to Aug 5 th will speed up your schedule pick up process

Registration Form l 1 means the class lasts all year l ½ means the class lasts ½ a year (or a semester). l You must have 7 credits for the year l ½ + ½ = 1 Credit

Spanish IA * (2 year commitment) Open Enrollment High School Credit Grade will be recorded on high school transcript. Is not calculated GPA. Students should have good basic academic skills and demonstrate responsibility by turning in homework.
