Creating a Google Doc A Quick Photo Tutorial

Sign in to Google Docs If you don’t already have an account, sign up for one, it’s FREE.

Select the type of document you want to create Click “Create new” and select the type of document you want to create.

Create & Edit your document Edit your document

Save your document Click “Save” if you’d like to continue working or “Save & Close” to go back to your items list.

All documents appear on your items list

Want to rename your document? Select the doc you want to rename by clicking the check box Next, click “Rename”

Want to share your document? Invite people by sending them an email or cut a paste a link for others to click on.

Sharing options… Simply add email addresses here and click “Send”. Select if viewers will also be able to edit. Copy and paste the link into an email message.
