2 3/7/2001INFSO/F7/ABA D(2001)2062 3 alternative ways to prepare and submit a proposal Participants download the forms in PDF format and fill them in by hand or using PDF Writer.The proposal has to be submitted on paper. Participants download and install PROTOOL, fill in the data, print out the filled-in forms, and submit the proposal on paper. Participants download and install PROTOOL, fill in the data, request an Electronic Certificate and submit the proposal electronically.
