Open the course you want to add the SI or SA Click on Context Manager (left side) Click on the Permissions Tab Click on Add a Role

Type in the Role Name: SI or SA Click on Add Individual Users Type in the last name of the SI or SA Select the correct student so it is highlighted in blue Click on the Add button Click on OK Click on Save Exit the page

After adding the SI or SA you need to In the Context Manager, click on the Permissions Tab Next to the SI/SA role check the pages you want to grant access to Click on Save Click on Exit

The simple way for the SI/SA to access the course is… Open the course, copy the url, paste into an email and send to the SI or SA The course will not be listed under the SI/SA’s MyCourses Students can also do a course search and bookmark the link
