I currently attend Pioneer Career and Technology Center. I try to do my very best at school and everythind I do. Hot weather is my favorite. I love going tanning and spending time at the beach. Being around my friends is very important to me. Helping people is a wonderful thing to do. When I help people it makes me feel like a better person. Shopping would be one of my personal favorites. When I go shopping it doesn’t always have to be for me. Buying gifts for people is very fun too.

I went with my lab group to the nursing home in Bucyrus, Ohio to do the skills I was taught in class. Here are some things I was taught in class Feeding paitets, transporting paitents from bed to a chair or walker. Changing bed pans. Taking vital signs such as blood pressure,temperature,heart rate.Another skill is passing ice water. I have also learned all of the requirments for PPE, which is Personal Protective Equipmet. This is wearing gloves, eye protective wear,gown, and a mask. Sometimes all the PPE does not have to be worn, just depends on what type of procedure is going on
