Misc Powers! Mandate = Federal order making states provide a service….Why? (Which article?) Extradition = Return fugitives from one state to where the original crime(s) took place. Full Faith and Credit = States honor other states’ civil laws. (What does that mean? Examples?) Commerce Clause= Enforced The Civil Rights Act of 1964

Bureaucrats – They are considered to be technical experts in a field; they are the administrators in all those agencies like “Dept. of Energy, Dept. of Health/Human Services” Sunshine Laws: Laws that state Government meetings are open to the public. (Good or bad?)
