What is Teleton USA? A nonprofit corporation to construct “CRIT” (Teletón Children's Rehabilitation Center) for children with disabilities, cancer, and autism.

Nonprofit Organization Nonprofit organization for charitable and educational purposes. Teleton USA is exempt from federal income tax meaning that all the money fundraised is specifically for the Teleton’s purpose. Government doesn’t promote it.

Main Created to unify people. Create rehabilitation centers for children with disabilities, autism, and cancer. Gives funds to other organizations who also provide services for children with autism and cancer in the US. Help families who can’t afford proper treatment for their disabled relative.

History It began in other countries however, it was brought to the US in 2012. In 2012, $7,289,859 was fundraised. In 2013, $15,315,678 was fundraised.

The Cause of Donating Each year the fundraising goal increases in order to continue running the foundation. All money goes to the construction of CRITs (Teletón Children's Rehabilitation Center.)

What is a CRIT? Teletón Children's Rehabilitation Center People in the US believe that the US government provides disabled children with multiple physical therapy sessions when in reality the government gives very few sessions. CRITs offer free treatment and physical therapy sessions for children with disabilities.
